Formed in 1997, the Fire Museum of Greater Chicago is a 501c(3) non-profit, all volunteer educational and historical organization, and we do not receive support from any government unit.  Our support comes from generous individuals who support our mission to preserve and present the rich history, outstanding progress, and tremendous courage of the Fire Service and firefighters in Chicago and Chicagoland.

Your donation will help us fulfill our educational and historic mission and vision.  All funds go towards operational expenses for the Museum, for our fleet of historic apparatus, for our exhibits, and other programs.  Donations are tax deductible.

DON’T THROW THAT OUT!

We use donated Fire Service artifacts to create new exhibits or support our mission in other ways.  Please contact 954-290-6901.
